About
Palazzo Del Duca Piazza Navona Campo Dei Fiori Piazza Del Fico Guest House is a three-star guest house set within a palazzo on Via del Governo Vecchio, in Rome's Navona district. The atmosphere is close to staying in a private home: guests describe a family feel, and the same hosts — Alessandra and Maurizio — come up again and again for making that happen.
The address puts you on one of the most restaurant-lined streets in central Rome, with Piazza Navona close by and Trevi Fountain 1.3 km away. Rooms include useful extras like tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area and kitchen utensils, while the Deluxe King Suite adds a balcony. Breakfast is a consistent highlight, with pastries and scrambled eggs from the hosts' own chickens mentioned in reviews.

8.1Verified guest“I appreciated having a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area in the room.”
8.1Verified guest“Breakfast was generous and included pastries. The room was large, tastefully decorated and had a big comfortable bed. The hotel sat close to several tavernas, at the centre of a lively tangle of traditional alleyways with great bars and restaurants, with the square just a street away. Pizzeria da Baffetto was steps from the hotel and I had supper there.”
8.1Verified guest“It was very close to the attractions, services and city centre, and the staff were genuinely helpful at every level. That made it a wonderful holiday stay.”
8.1Verified guest“It felt like staying with a family, and you could meet the other guests, exchange ideas and share information.”
8.1Verified guest“The location by Piazza Navona was perfect, with everything within easy walking distance; no bus, metro or taxis needed unless your feet were sore from all the walking. Alexandra was a wonderful hostess, the best in seven weeks of travelling through Italy. Nothing was too much trouble: she helped plan our itinerary, told us about important things happening in the city, and made breakfast worth getting up for. Her scrambled eggs come from her own chickens and set you up well for a day of sightseeing. The rooms inside the palazzo were wonderful — with the windows open you could hear the lively street noise outside, and with them closed the room became a quiet sanctuary.”
8.1Verified guest“Very central location, a separate room with a comfortable bed, and staff who were incredibly attentive and friendly.”
